HR Officer

Role Profile Description:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefits administration. The HR Officer will collaborate with department heads, contribute to strategic HR initiatives, and ensure the smooth execution of HR processes.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
    • Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job advertisement, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
    • Oversee smooth onboarding processes, including contract management and benefits administration, orientation training, exit interview
    • Lead employer branding initiatives to promote the organization and reach a wider Talent audience
  2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Organize and conduct employee satisfaction surveys
    • Analyze HR market trends to improve employee experience and retention
    • Assist in the Planning and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and teamwork.
  3. Performance & Development Management:
    • Organize on the relevant platform the annual Performance Management process
    • Offer guidance to managers on conducting performance reviews and addressing issues.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify learning needs. Research and propose targeted learning opportunities for employee development, based on the budget 
  • Manage labor accidents and administrative tasks related to HR operations
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  1. HR Compliance and Operations
    • Coordinate and implement HR policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including the submission of necessary forms to regulatory bodies
    • Collect, maintain, and analyze HR KPIs and prepare relevant reports and keep control of the HR budget

 

Requirements:

 

  • BSc/MSc in Business Administration/Human Resources or a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR functions
  • Working experience with ERGANI. Familiarity with labor laws
  • Good numerical acumen
  • Proficient in MS Office and in using HRIS and ERP software
  • English Fluency 
  • Completion of military obligations (if applicable)
